Balance, harmony, and rhythm are the main themes of WOMB, a project for which I created half-spheres of various sizes. The corresponding parts meet to create hollow, womb-like spheres. Cherry seeds that can be placed inside of the objects turn them into ‘instruments’. This process resembles the cycle of life – planting a seed inside of the womb – the growth of a human, or a tree growing out of the seed.
